OpsNow, a company specializing in AI-based multi-cloud management platforms (OpsNow, https://opsnow.com) is Zero-One Republic, the operator of the SaaS management solution 'Skody' (https://www.scordi.io/) It was announced on the 2nd that it has signed a business agreement to jointly develop and promote commercialization of integrated cloud management solutions.

As a result of the signing of this agreement, the two companies plan to combine OpsNow's CMP technology and AI automation capabilities with Zero-One Republic's SaaS management platform to jointly develop a new cloud integrated management solution (Cloud Management Platform, CMP) to reduce SaaS and cloud costs and optimize operations for enterprise customers. In addition, the plan is to promote joint commercialization by utilizing the specialized personnel and technology of each company and provide a more efficient cloud operating environment.

Since OpsNow introduced Korea's first multi-cloud management platform in 2016, it has been supporting domestic companies and organizations to reduce cloud costs and optimize operations through PinOps solutions optimized for the Korean market. Currently, we have about 3,000 global customers, and started expanding globally last year, starting with the North American market. Recently, it is the only company in Korea that has obtained the status of a 'PINOPS certification platform' from the PINOPS Foundation and has been officially recognized for its technology in line with global standards.

Zero-One Republic is a company that develops and operates' Skody ', a solution that optimizes SaaS subscription management and operating costs. Skodi is a platform for integrated management of SaaS used by companies in one place. It automatically collects subscribed software information with simple account linking, analyzes trends and causes of cost increases and decreases through expenditure graphs, and provides it as a dashboard. It also reduces SaaS subscription costs and improves operational efficiency by supporting functions such as ▲ managing subscriptions and setting permissions for each team, granting and canceling member accounts when entering and leaving the company, and automating integrated subscription and seat/license operations.
