This service will become one of the optimizations supporting services. Let’s take a look to learn more about this feature and what we can do through policy management.
It is Policy Management. Policy Management is a service designed by OpsNow to enhance cloud management efficiency by providing key management points focused on cost, resources, and security.
Currently, cloud computing is in demand by users. Policy management allows users to inspect cloud environments based on cost, resources, and security by identifying any violations from certified compliance provisioning and OpsNow governance policies (upcoming).
The development of management and services that we provide, policy management is expected to make relief services more efficient in OpsNow. The dashboard makes it a breeze to track and visualize management flows, compliance summaries, and status reports. This means you can effortlessly stay on top of your compliance progress and see exactly where you stand.
On the report page, you can experience a few features, such as a chart of compliance rates resources over the past six months and violation details. You will be served detailed information about your policy which is divided into multiple policy statuses.
In this section, users can explore compliance related to cost, resources, and security with the assistance of guidelines provided by OpsNow. The usage of compliance standards such as SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR shows that user data is handled properly stored and processed, helping users monitor their compliance status.
Currently, Policy Management supports 174 AWS policies, as well as compliance types such as HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2. We are preparing to help more policies and CSPs in the foreseeable future.
Users can create their first report here through the Settings page. The performance that can be achieved by creating a report, you can manage the receipt of reports that are sent via email regularly.
