Onboarding, Wasn't that hard?

What have been some of the biggest challenges you've faced with cloud operations management solutions? If I had to pick one, it would be the process of linking each CSP's account to the solution. Even with the technical guide documentation, I'm sure you've felt frustrated by the complexity of the process. 

At OpsNow, we considered how we could drastically reduce the onboarding process for our customers and introduced Bubble Cloud's “Stepby” as the solution.

What does Stepby do?

Stepby provided in-app guides that can walk you through how to use a feature or help with the initial setup. It allows us to customize the onboarding process for our customers, especially for cloud integrations, which has been one of the biggest hurdles within OpsNow, by providing an on-screen experience.

Rather than relying on traditional documentation or video guides, users can be guided through the onboarding process directly within the product in real time, unlike our competitors. This allows OpsNow to reduce the learning curve for users and enable faster, more effective onboarding.

This feature is currently available in the global edition, not in OpsNow360.

Stepby has had the following effects:

1. User-friendly guides

OpsNow provides bubble guides during the onboarding process to help you easily and painlessly connect your accounts on AWS, Azure, and GCP. These guides lead users through the complex CSP-specific account registration process to avoid confusion.

2. Works on CSP sites

This guide is not limited to OpsNow pages, it is also available on the CSP site you wish to integrate with. This guide will lead you through the connection from start to finish, step by step.

How much easier is it?

Before Stepby, we had a complicated setup process that was prone to human error and increased onboarding time, which not only frustrated our customers, but also created a lot of CS work. Each account took about 21 minutes for each revision to integrate.

With Stepby, onboarding time for users is significantly reduced by over 55% on average, which naturally results in higher customer satisfaction and less CS work.
